The Studio - Vivaluxx School of Makeup Art

Picture
Sarah's art studio is located in downtown Bellingham and is the creative space where she teaches classes and workshops. Clients are invited to come there for their makeup application, and she even offers to host bridal parties on their wedding day! Brides are welcome to invite their hair stylist and photographer to the studio so the bridal party can all get ready together in a beautiful setting.

Our studio has a full wall of mirrors with custom lighting panels by The Makeup Light that provides a pure natural light source to ensure your makeup is applied true to color and with perfect intensity. We have portable tall makeup chairs, and a full size ring light  for traveling on location (and for taking flawless selfies of course!). We also have a variety of backdrops available for studio portraits and photoshoots

The decor is classic and clean in bright white and black, accented with natural elements of wood, mixed metals, and green flora that adds a bright pop of color to the space. It is a gorgeous setting for events and a beautiful backdrop for photos.

There is an ADA accessible restroom, a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and sink, and we have glassware and cutlery available to use. Coffee and tea are complimentary to all guests at the studio.

Metered street parking is available in front of the studio or close by, and parking is free on weekends. Please do not park in the adjacent lot next to the building as these spaces are reserved for tenants and will be subject to towing.
